This grant will provide "rugged surfaces" upon which to draw, paint and sculpt - new art tables for both classrooms. These black tables are sturdy and "rugged" - built of steel specifically for art classrooms. Measuring 30" wide x 72" long, the surface of each table has a 1" thickphenolic top resistant to chemicals, scratches, moisture and heat. With the funds provided by this grant and additional PTO funds, both classrooms will be outfitted with new art tables providing additional space for students to spread out and work on their projects.
