This grant allows the DIS science lab to purchase some Physics equipment on sound waves, and some ramps with light meters that teach concepts about acceleration, speed and friction. This equipment is also shared with the DES science lab and will benefit the students in both schools for many years. We also are purchasing a few replacement cables and a large bin for easy storage and transporting between campuses.
