This grant will be used to purchase new cameras and microphones for DawsonÂ
Middle School to use in their video announcement class. Students plan, shoot,
and edit all the film footage themselves. The announcements play daily, except
for Friday and are viewed by all students at Dawson Middle School. The class
consists of 9 individuals, both 7th & 8th grade, but the announcements are seen
by over 700 students each day.
