Carroll Education Foundation's Grant Recipients and Sponsors 2006

The Foreign Language Department at Carroll Senior High School will implement a grant to bring innovative learning technologies into each classroom. With the purchase of two computer projectors, we will be able to show PowerPoint presentations created by teachers and students, video clips of native speakers conversing, important cultural images such as artwork, buildings, and artifacts, and other visual aids. Through the projection of internet sites, students will be able to connect with other speakers around the globe. We are thrilled at this opportunity to provide these new learning experiences to our foreign language students!
