Carroll Education Foundation's Grant Recipients and Sponsors 2006

In Media Works for Kids, fourth grade students will learn how videos are made and how this media format can be used to persuade, inform, and teach. The students will use digital camcorders funded by this grant to develop basic skills in shooting video. The project will culminate with the students working in groups to create a Public Service Announcement. The external hard drive funded by the grant will provide additional storage space for uploading and saving the videos.
