Grant/Teacher: Leap Into Learning – Beverly James at Johnson Elementary School
This unique system provides teachers with ready-made meaningful, motivating lessons of 25 different skill activities in each of five different curriculum sets. Students are immersed in a variety of skill activites in different subject areas. One exciting and unique feature is that NO pencil or paper is even required! Each set also correlates with our TEKS/TAKS objectives. These highly motivating skill sets can be used in a variety of ways such as: building skills in tutorials, extending and challenging, cooperative learning, reviewing or practicing skills.
